Whether you are using the PICK UP for efficient crop collection, DIRECT DISC for whole crop silage or the ORBIS corn header, all CLAAS front attachments impress with their ease of use, reliable technology and perfect ground adaptation. Intelligent systems, such as AUTO CONTOUR, quick release couplers and integrated transport systems ensure flexibility and efficiency.

Front attachments for the JAGUAR 1000 series.

With the new 1000 series, CLAAS takes the JAGUAR forage harvester to a new level of performance – complemented perfectly by the new generation of PICK UP and ORBIS front attachments.

The new ORBIS corn front attachment impresses with working widths up to 35 feet (10.50 m), actively controlled stabilizer wheels and AUTO CONTOUR for optimal ground adaptation, as well as maximum throughput. In the case of the new PICK UP series, a low-maintenance cam track mechanism, intelligent speed adjustment (CEMOS AUTO HEADER) and hydraulic pre-compression applied by the intake auger ensure a perfect crop flow and excellent chop quality – even under extremely difficult conditions.

ORBIS (JAGUAR 1000)

Optimised for the crop flow, the wide crop feed to the precompression rollers is able to handle very high throughput rates. For units with a working width of 9.00 m and greater, the AUTO CONTOUR system ensures optimal ground adaptation (ORBIS 10500 is additionally equipped with stabiliser wheels).

PICK UP (JAGUAR 1000)

Wide crop feed to the precompression rollers is optimally matched to the crop flow to enable very high throughput rates. Particularly robust design with power transmitted by gearbox. Hydraulic pretensioning of intake auger for excellent crop flow and sustained high throughput.

Front attachments for the JAGUAR 900 series.

Ever-increasing yields and more powerful forage harvesters make sense only if the crop can be collected efficiently and the technology is both robust and very easy to operate. The PICK UP front attachments meet these requirements with a wealth of features. Another model series that allows you to simply hitch it up and benefit from flawless harvesting is the DIRECT DISC, which impresses with its large intake auger and excellent throughput. Finally, the ORBIS corn front attachment adapts to the ground contours optimally and makes it possible to attain stubble heights down to 3 inch (80 mm) with AUTO CONTOUR.

The very flat design makes it possible to attain stubble heights as low as 80 mm.

DIRECT DISC

As a result of the large intake auger with its 800 mm diameter, both DIRECT DISC model series have excellent throughput.

Adapter for combine corn header (JAGUAR 1000)

Used in combination with combine harvester maize pickers, the adapter allows additional use to be made of the JAGUAR for harvesting maize cob silage (MCS).
