Genuine equal opportunties.
With us, there are no limits. Whatever your gender identity, sexual orientation, age, race or disabilty: roles and responsibilities at CLAAS are determined by knowledge and expertise alone – for we are committed to ensuring genuine equal opportunities and equal rights.
Generations are a tradition here.
We are a family business, founded in 1913 by August CLAAS and now led by third-generation Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser as Chair of the Shareholders' Committee. Sometimes we have more than three generations of the same family working at CLAAS. And that's how it should remain. To make sure it does, we provide a systematic health management scheme and further education and training opportunities. Experience rubbing shoulders with fresh ideas – a forward-thinking strategy.
People make CLAAS.
We offer our employees a wealth of opportunities. Disabilities are no obstacle. CLAAS promotes diversity. We support everyone on the basis of their strengths and abilities. By sharing expertise and working closely together, we create a sense of solidarity.
Around the globe.
You can expect to find an international working environment at CLAAS. We operate 35 businesses in 20 countries, striving to ensure a better harvest through efficient and innovative agricultural machinery. As a global business, we bring people together – whatever their nationality, ethnic origin, religion or belief. This diverse mindset helps us to overcome challenges and learn from one another.
