Occupational health management.

CLAAS cares deeply about the health of its employees.
We have fully qualified first aiders, mental health first aiders, fire marshals on each of our sites as well as defibrillators. Further, we provide occupational health support as well as an employee assistance programme to support our employees in many areas of their lives to ensure positive wellbeing.

We are a family business, founded in 1913 by August CLAAS and now led by third-generation Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser as Chair of the Shareholders' Committee. Sometimes we have more than three generations of the same family working at CLAAS. And that's how it should remain. To make sure it does, we provide a systematic health management scheme and further education and training opportunities.
