Apprentice clears goods

A Lexion combine has approximately 140,000 different parts.  You could be the person supporting and advising the customer on which part they require.  Our parts departments are a fundamental part of CLAAS and essential to our business.  Parts Advisors are responsible for ordering, selling and managing stock on a wide range of parts and accessories, as well as communicating with customers both internal and external, surrounding a whole range of enquiries. You will play a key role in supporting the success of CLAAS.

The apprenticeship programme at a glance:

Length of programme: 15 months
Minimum 
Requirements:
  • GCSE grade 3 or above in maths and English (or equivalent)
  • An interest in agricultural machinery
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn
  • Flexible and responsible 
  • At least 16 years old
     
Location:You will be employed and working with your local CLAAS Dealership and attend the CLAAS Academy in Saxham for your block release training.
Qualification:Our apprenticeship follows the Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard, Trade Supplier
Assessment:At the end of the practical training period and once the apprentice has developed all the knowledge, skills and behaviours defined in the apprenticeship standard, they will then undergo an End Point Assessment (EPA).
