Clever layout: For easy replacement on long working days in the field, the VARIANT has space for two additional net rolls on the left-hand side near the wrapping system. The drive train is located on the right under the side panel and is therefore easily accessible for simple maintenance.

Runs like clockwork:The new chain lubrication system with its cleverly positioned lubrication points and large tank ensures that the drive chains last longer. Each chain is individually greased with the optimum amount of oil for its workload, which not only extends its service life, but also reduces maintenance time for you.

Takes work off your hands so you can concentrate on the essentials:Simply tell the VARIANT what you want to bale, whether hay, straw or silage, with just a few clicks on the CEMIS, and the baler automatically adjusts to the crop. The number of net wraps and the bale diameter can also be conveniently controlled from the cab. The VARIANT compacts the crop fully automatically without you having to do anything.

The high belt speed of up to 3 m/s and fast ejection minimise downtime and maximise throughput. More crop is processed in the same time thanks to the even filling of the bale chamber and the unrivalled high rotational speed. At the same time, the VARIANT achieves a 20% fuel saving thanks to the integrated economy PTO and a speed reduction to 800 rpm – without compromising on throughput or bale density.

The new VARIANT has everything you need to make light work of net wrapping. Thanks to the low height, it's easy to load the roll and you can keep sight of it at all times. The new braking system works independently of the size of roll. The new net system releases the net knife electronically.
