The AXION 8 CMATIC is a high-performance high-horsepower tractor in the 264 to 313 hp segment and is suitable for demanding tasks in the field and on the road. The AXION 9 CMATIC is even more powerful, covering the 330 to 450 hp power range, making it ideal for heavy draught work and large implements. The DYNAMIC POWER engine management system in the AXION 8 CMATIC automatically adjusts the engine output to the load, provides additional hp on demand and reduces fuel consumption at low load.

The AXION 8 CMATIC provides the operator with a very quiet working environment with a low cab noise level of just 67 dB. The AXION 9 CMATIC is even quieter, at only 66 dB, making it one of the most comfortable high-horsepower tractors in its class. The quiet cab significantly reduces noise and vibrations, relieves stress on long working days and provides a more comfortable workplace that encourages greater concentration.

The CEMOS assistance system helps by sustainably reducing the fuel consumption of the AXION tractor and increasing efficiency. CEMOS automatically controls engine droop to keep the engine and transmission in the optimal working range and prevent unnecessary diesel consumption. At the same time, the system helps the operator find the optimal settings for the tractor and implement, enabling experienced drivers and novices alike to achieve high area outputs with the AXION.

CLAAS connect is the digital platform for task and fleet management and makes using tractors such as the AXION 8 CMATIC and AXION 9 CMATIC particularly efficient. Farm managers can plan tasks online, monitor machine data in real time and analyse the capacity utilisation and fuel consumption of their fleet. CLAAS connect allows you to transfer tasks to the machines, plan services and order parts with ease – getting tractors back up and running in no time and reducing downtimes.

With the AXION 9 CMATIC, CLAAS has taken tractor automation to a new level. The AgXBox Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) benefits operators by automatically executing preplanned field tasks and so supporting autonomous tractor operation. The new CEBIS connect terminal simplifies the AXION settings, provides a clear user interface and allows comfortable control of ISOBUS implements and other precision farming functions. CLAAS connect is the digital platform that enables farm managers to perform task management, including track planning, real-time monitoring and automatic documentation of all operations.

The new AXION 8 CMATIC and AXION 9 CMATIC models are systematically designed for maximum performance. With CEMOS DIALOG, it's easy to set the correct tyre pressure for the AXION tractor and with the CTIC tyre pressure control system, you can simply adjust it directly – reducing soil compaction, tyre wear and fuel consumption. With the AXION 9 CMATIC, the combination of CTIC on the front axle and TERRA TRAC on the crawler track assembly on the rear axle increases traction and provides even greater soil protection on sensitive soils.
