Convenient tire pressure control from the cab.

CTIC tire pressure control system.

Reducing ground pressure through appropriate tire pressure adjustment also benefits farmers and contractors. In activities such as slurry spreading, silage harvesting, and heavy tillage, the correct tire pressure protects the soil and increases the yield. At the same time, the tractor's tractive power increases, its fuel consumption decreases, and the tire service life is extended. These benefits increase the cost-effectiveness of both field and machine.

All the benefits at a glance:

  • Intuitive operation and convenient profile management via the iPad user interface
  • Quick air pressure adjustment thanks to patented rotary union and powerful screw-type compressor*
  • Excellent flexibility and greater capacity utilization through the central unit on the tractor
  • Can be fitted and removed without any permanent modifications to the tractor
  • Reduction in soil compaction as a result of optimal tire pressure
  • Yield increased by soil protection and improved availability of nutrients
  • Fuel consumption reduced by up to 10% through reduced wheel slip
  • Significant reduction in wear on tires

Intuitive operation.

The iPad is the central user interface for controlling the tire pressure control system. Profiles can be created for individual tractors, trailers, or implements. The optimum tire pressure can be saved depending on the application area and tire type. The driver selects the appropriate profile, and the system quickly adjusts the pressure.

Flexible range of applications.

The system's core components can be mounted on different tractors using specific attachments. This means that once a system has been installed, it can be easily reversed and transferred to another vehicle at any time. The system components stand out through their high quality and durability, which ensures a long service life.

Unique valve technology.

The patented rotary union includes valves for deflating and inflating the tire and a wheel valve for preventing pressure loss. A pressure sensor determines and regulates the exact pressure in each tire. The arrangement of the valve technology allows the tire pressure control system to be used flexibly and as required.

Maximum output.

The screw-type compressor* is driven at a flow rate of 23.8 gallons per minute (90 L/min) via the load-sensing system. The effective airflow of approximately 740 gallons per minute (2,800 L/min) is sufficient to inflate the tires of a tractor and a machine in tow. An integrated cooling system enables continuous operation.
