APS HYBRID SYSTEM.

The TRION 700 features the APS HYBRID threshing system that has been setting throughput records with CLAAS combines for years. APS HYBRID combines two innovative technologies: the APS tangential threshing system and the ROTO PLUS axial separation system. Only CLAAS combines both systems in one machine.

The TRION 740 has a single rotor. Compared to straw walkers, the APS HYBRID SYSTEM allows a 10 times higher crop flow rate between the rotors and the concave. The speed of the drums in the threshing system is adjusted independently of the speed of the rotors. All of this gives you a clear competitive edge. You get gentle threshing at high throughput, low fuel consumption and good straw quality. You can adapt the entire threshing process to changing harvesting conditions throughout the day.

Intensive cleaning.

Clean grain is money in your pocket. The JET STREAM cleaning system with its hydraulic fan speed variator and high-performance returns is designed specifically to work together with the ROTO PLUS secondary separation unit. A dual-ventilated step enables intensive pre-cleaning.

JET STREAM is controlled conveniently from the cab. You no longer have to adjust anything manually. As an option, you can put the JET STREAM cleaning function under the fully automatic control of CEMOS AUTO CLEANING.

Unload in less than 100 seconds.

Reliable collection.

Once the threshing unit, secondary separation and cleaning systems have done their work, the cleaned grain is collected in the automatically expanding grain tank. Its capacity of up to 341 bu (12,000 liters) is matched to the high throughput of the TRION.

You can empty the grain tank at speeds of up to 2,060 gpm (130 l/s). The concentrated flow of grain makes it easier to reliably fill the grain tanker. The automatic closing flap at the end of the grain tank unloading tube ensures that nothing trickles out to prevent losses when unloading.

CEMOS AUTOMATIC is a self-learning operator assistance system that provides continuous, active support throughout the entire harvesting process. Based on the given harvesting specifications, such as grain quality, threshing quality, level of cleaning, straw quality and throughput, the system analyzes sensor feedback and settings during operation and optimizes your TRION to maximize its performance. Just enter your grain quality and loss level specs into the system, and CEMOS AUTOMATIC will do the rest. It’ll get the most out of the machine during harvesting to make sure it meets your exact criteria.

Precision straw spreading.

Excellent straw management.

A user-friendly straw chopper drive, a power spreader for large working widths and automatic spreading direction adjustment—these are the three essential components of an effective straw management system.

 

Deflector spreader up to 25 ft 3 in (7.7 m) working width.

Straw is fed directly into the chopper from the straw walkers. The intensity of the chopper can be adjusted to suit the working conditions. The STANDARD CUT has up to 64 knives and the SPECIAL CUT up to 88 knives, all sharpened on both sides. There's also a mechanically adjustable static knife for the right cut. The deflector spreaders can be adjusted without tools, and the spreading width and direction can be adjusted manually or hydraulically via CEBIS.

 

Precision power spreader.

The CLAAS power spreader ensures precise straw distribution, even with a large amount of straw, strong crosswinds or slopes. Comprising two spreading rotors turning in opposite directions at a constant speed, it takes both the chopped material and the chaff straight from the cleaning section, accelerates it further and spreads it evenly across the entire working width.

All components subject to heavy wear and tear in the crop flow are also available in PREMIUM LINE quality on request. These are the right choice when you have to harvest under extreme conditions which are particularly hard on your combine harvester. PREMIUM LINE components are extra resistant to wear and corrosion and have a very long service life. Even with intensive annual use or when used on difficult-to-harvest crops, these parts will not usually have to be changed until after several harvest seasons. The increased durability is a result of special manufacturing processes, high-quality materials and special coatings.
