Loss-free crop pick up.

How it works.

The pick-up tines on the front belt unit ensure that the crop is picked up cleanly and without loss. The crop is then transferred to the rear belt unit, which conveys it to the feed roller. Guide blocks and guide rollers ensure that the belt units are positioned and tensioned precisely if unevenly loaded and thus preventing losses. The feed roller ensures a clean transfer into the feeder housing.

Crop press bar

The crop press bar ensures efficient crop flow. It is hydraulically adjustable in height, making it easily adaptable to many different conditions. The distance to the pick-up unit is also adjustable.

Guide wheels.

The two guide wheels on the left and right adjust to changing terrain and also ensure that the tines do not pick up any stones.
