CEMIS 700 allows functions to be selected and controlled intuitively by means of direct access buttons or a rotary knob. The integrated slip monitoring system ensures that you can control the machine precisely.

The CEMIS 700 uses a combined machine silhouette display to monitor the respective speeds of the threshing drum, fan and straw chopper. The ground speed, engine load and rpm, fuel level and engine temperature are also monitored, as is the fill level of the grain tank (indication of 70 / 100% fill level). You receive alerts about the status of the machine and can use a job counter to obtain information about the area harvested and the fuel used (per job).

AUTO CONTOUR increases the output of your DOMINATOR and makes it even more cost-effective. The system automatically compensates for ground undulations parallel and transverse to the direction of travel.

The required cutting height is programmed via CEMIS 700. AUTO CONTOUR then adjusts the active cutting height to the ground conditions. You are able to override both the lateral and the longitudinal control manually at any time.

The DOMINATOR has the same well thought-out maintenance and accessibility characteristics as the LEXION and TRION. As on the large machines, all the maintenance points of the DOMINATOR are positioned logically, clearly indicated and easily accessible. Thanks to this user-friendly design, maintenance tasks are completed quickly, allowing you to use your time more effectively in the field.

LED work lights, powerful air conditioning and a low noise level make for stress-free working, whatever the conditions. A perfect cab climate – which even extends to ventilation of the storage compartment in the roof – is provided by the upgraded air conditioning. The work light panel is designed for intuitive operation. LED lighting packages bring light into every corner. The front attachment is as brightly illuminated as the areas to the front and sides as well as the stubble. The large grain tank viewing window makes it easy to monitor the work quality.

The threshing unit of the DOMINATOR is your guarantee of powerful threshing and separation performance throughout the entire harvest. As a result of the high centrifugal force, significantly more grains are separated across all concave areas. Measuring 600 mm in diameter and 1,420 mm in width, the threshing drum is suitable for any crop and handles straw and grain extremely gently, even at high throughput rates. If you adjust the threshing drum speed, the speed of the straw impeller is automatically adjusted accordingly.

Five closed-bottomed straw walkers, each of which has four steps and a length of 3.80 m, feed the residual grains to the preparation floor. Cleaning the walker is fast thanks to maintenance openings which can be accessed easily without tools.

The DOMINATOR impresses with consistent throughput in every crop, even under difficult threshing conditions. Short changeover times mean that you can switch from one crop to another in next to no time. One of the factors responsible for the machine's multicrop capability is the replaceable concave segment. As this can be swapped out easily through the stone trap, there is no need to remove the feeder housing. This convenient changeover procedure saves you a lot of time.

The DOMINATOR has a radial fan and a large, 4.80 m² sieve area for optimal grain cleaning. Its speed can be adjusted continuously from the cab, providing constant air pressure and uniform distribution of air, even with varying sieve loads. Forced air guidance prevents the formation of crop mats.

Activated by means of a pushbutton on the control panel, the powerful four-wheel drive ensures that you can continue to operate safely and reliably in extreme conditions. Traction and pulling power are maintained fully in the wet, in difficult ground conditions and in hilly terrain. The tyre diameters of 1.71 m at the front and 1.30 m at the rear provide plenty of traction with a low power requirement.

The DOMINATOR distributes the uniformly short-chopped straw over the entire cutterbar width and blows it deep into the stubble. The discharge width is easily adjustable.

In addition to its 36 chopper knives, the STANDARD CUT chopper is equipped with a 55-knife shear bar. This can be adjusted as required in response to different straw conditions.

The DOMINATOR combine harvesters are equipped with 7-litre Perkins engines developing 151 kW / 205 hp. These powerful units meet the Tier 3 emission standard and are notable for their high torque and efficient power transmission.

The DOMINATOR has been designed to make collecting your grain as fast and reliable as possible. You can empty the high-capacity grain tank at 90 litres per second. The grain tank unloading tube concentrates the stream of material precisely and prevents run-on losses. You have an optimal view of your unloading vehicle throughout the entire discharging process.
