The Parts Logistics Centre in Hamm-Uentrop has been supplying CLAAS customers worldwide with spare parts since 1999. More than 195,000 parts are stored here on 136,500 square metres of covered storage space. CLAAS Regional Center Central Europe GmbH

Since October 2011, CLAAS has operated a regional centre in Spillern, Austria. Just a few months later, in June 2012, CLAAS opened a new spare parts warehouse at this location, further expanding its leading position in the supply of spare parts. In October 2017, the former CLAAS representative office was transformed into the independent Austrian CLAAS Regional Centre Central Europe GmbH, which is now the point of contact for distributors and importers in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The goal of CLAAS Agricultural Machinery (Shandong) Co Ltd (CMS) is to provide technology, quality, performance and service that meets the needs of our Chinese customers. To achieve this, CMS covers the entire product value chain. It has over 500 employees working together in aspirational teams in R&D, engineering, production, sales, service and spare parts to make the local CHUNYU brand one of the most successful in China.

The well-established CHUNYU brand was developed specifically for Chinese harvesting needs. The product range includes wheat and maize harvesting machinery in various sizes and throughput capacities.
