Here you will find our current terms of use for the portal for CLAAS teaching materials.

The provider of the CLAAS Science Smart View (hereinafter referred to as CLAAS Science) is CLAAS KGaA mbH, Muehlenwinkel 1, 33428 Harsewinkel, Germany (hereinafter referred to as CLAAS).
Access is only possible after prior registration. Registration can only be applied for by lecturers of universities and requires confirmation by CLAAS. CLAAS provides the login details together with the confirmation.
After successfully registering and logging in, university lecturers are granted access to materials such as images, documents, videos and animations. Use is only permitted for lectures. Editing the media is prohibited in all cases. If further use is intended, this can be applied at CLAAS. CLAAS will then decide on this.
CLAAS shall only be liable in the following cases: (i) intent, (ii) gross negligence, (iii) injury to life, limb and health, (iv) assumption of a guarantee.
The contractual relationship shall be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the seat of CLAAS.
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In this case, the parties are obliged to agree on a provision that comes as close as possible to the purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision and replaces the invalid or unenforceable provision.
