Clever layout: For easy replacement on long working days in the field, the VARIANT has space for two additional net rolls on the left-hand side near the wrapping system. The drive train is located on the right under the side panel and is therefore easily accessible for simple maintenance.

Runs like clockwork:The new chain lubrication system with its cleverly positioned lubrication points and large tank ensures that the drive chains last longer. Each chain is individually greased with the optimum amount of oil for its workload, which not only extends its service life, but also reduces maintenance time for you.

For the VARIANT 580 and 560 – 14 knives for superior forage quality. With 6-mm thick four-star double tines, the VARIANT ROTO CUT works more precisely, faster and more effectively than other balers.

The automatic permanent chain lubrication ensures trouble-free use and a long service life. The oil quantity can be adjusted individually for each chain, depending on operating conditions. The 7.3-l tank with fill indicator is sufficient for long working days.

PRO – the intelligent cutting frame.

A VARIANT equipped with the hydropneumatic PRO cutting frame not only removes blockages, it can also help avoid them in the first place. Capacity utilisation is displayed to the driver, depending on loads, so that they can select the optimum speed to prevent blockages occurring.

The new SMART DENSITY management system controls the two tensioning arms independently of each other. This means that the VARIANT 500 always maintains the desired belt tension. The result: bales compacted the way you want, with a soft core and hard outer layer with hay or with maximum bale density with straw.

Convenient net wrapping.

The new VARIANT has everything you need to make light work of net wrapping. Thanks to the low height, it's easy to load the roll and you can keep sight of it at all times. The new braking system works independently of the size of roll. The new net system releases the net knife electronically.
