ROLLANT 630 UNIWRAP

With a working width of 2.10 m, the pick-up collects even the widest swaths. The new standard pick-up is equipped with four tine bars, while the new HD pick-up has five. The spring tines are positioned close together and the flexible frame follows the ground perfectly. As a result, the new pick-up has enormous pick-up capacity. It leaves behind a thoroughly cleared field in all operating conditions.

The shaft has been reinforced and the cam track updated. The new cam track reduces rollover forces by 20%, saving fuel. The newly developed lubrication system lubricates the chains continuously with brushes instead of applying individual drops of oil as previously. The chain is tensioned by a spring and is always in precise contact. All this reduces wear and doubles the service life of the pick-up compared to the previous model.

The comfort net wrapping.

The new CLAAS comfort net wrapping system on the ROLLANT is controlled via the in-cab ISOBUS control terminal. The cab also offers an excellent view of the net wrapping process while driving. Wrapping is started automatically, and the net is guided around the bale at a defined tension. To maintain optimum tension even in varying weather conditions, with different net qualities or with varying amounts of net remaining on the roll, you can actively adjust the wrapping process via the ISOBUS terminal. The result: optimum edge-to-edge stability with any bale size. A unique feature of this system is the automatic opening and closing of the tailgate: The tailgate opens automatically as soon as the bale is fully wrapped, and the bale promptly rolls to the ground. You can deactivate this function if you wish.
What’s more: You can adjust the number of wraps to suit individual crops directly from the in-cab control terminal, so you can always meet your customers’ requirements.

The net brake.A hydraulic brake on the first rubber roller of the ROLLANT 630 RC UNIWRAP slows down the unrolling of the net to ensure optimum net tension.

The ROLLATEX net wrapping.This wrapping system saves a lot of time by wrapping bales fully automatically in a matter of seconds. The ingenious net guidance system ensures that the net is tightly wrapped across the entire width of the bale and that the edges are firmly secured.

The film wrapping.

The ROLLANT 630 UNIWRAP offers the option of wrapping your bales with film instead of net. The film is pre-stretched and therefore fits tightly around the bale. This means you use less material, your bales are better sealed and your forage is optimally preserved. The result: excellent forage quality.
