The CEREX 700 sets new standards in terms of efficiency: with its 1,000 rpm drive and MULTIFLOW HD pick-up, you can bale up to 60 bales per hour – even in challenging conditions. The PRO cutting frame ensures consistently high throughput, even in the event of blockages. The high-quality hydraulic system delivers consistent high pressure to ensure that every bale is perfectly formed. The MULTIFLOW HD pick-up features five rows of tines for improved raking performance. The MULTIFLOW HD pick-up is designed for the toughest applications. With its five rows of tines, robust 70 mm axle and solid, reinforced, redesigned cam track (20% less load), it offers maximum reliability. An improved lubrication and guidance system minimises wear. Thanks to the optimised intake, even wide swaths are processed cleanly and efficiently, increasing throughput and improving forage quality even further. Thanks to its two one-piece HD belts with continuous cleaning and a robust hydraulic system, the CEREX 700 achieves bale densities of over 135 kg/m³ – an absolute best in its class, as comparative tests have shown. Pressure regulation is precise and constant and is controlled via the terminal. Thanks to its newly developed chamber design and separate hydraulic system, the CEREX 700 delivers highly compacted bales with any crop. The CLAAS CEREX 700 features an HD design throughout with robust, low-wear components. Its HD frame boasts reinforced main load points, a rotor drive via a duplex chain and high-performance bearings. This maximises durability, even in tough silage applications. At the same time, vibrations are reduced.

The CEREX 700 is driven by an HD split drive operating at 1,000 rpm, which is connected to the main gearbox via a split power train. The left train goes to the chamber drive and the right train goes to the rotor. The HD split drive can transmit up to 216 hp. Drive via a duplex chain improves torque transmission and extends the service life of the drive chains, increasing baler reliability.

The PRO cutting frame ensures uninterrupted work. It features an early warning system that alerts the driver to potential blockages. The driver can then respond immediately from the cab and conveniently adjust the hydraulically lowerable cutting frame from the in-cab terminal. This allows the crop flow to be quickly restored in the event of blockages, preventing extended downtimes from the outset. Thanks to its convenient, swivelling design, harvesting can be carried out continuously at maximum speed, ensuring maximum efficiency.

Even during long working days, the CEREX 700 provides maximum operating comfort: work lights, a clear view of the pick-up and an integrated bale monitoring camera enable precise work, even in the dark. A moisture sensor provides the driver with important information on crop quality in real time. Particularly helpful: a sensor on the long bale ramp sends a signal to the terminal to indicate whether the bale has been discharged correctly and whether the tailgate can be closed again. This ensures uninterrupted work.

Maintenance is as straightforward as it is well designed: generous access to all relevant areas, an easy-to-clean knife housing, quick knife changes and a minimal number of moving parts ensure minimal downtime and optimal ease of maintenance.
