Quality milk requires a quality forage crop.

The ROLLANT is equipped with a solid heavy-duty high-power cutting rotor made of double-hardened boron steel with helical double tines. Individual blade protection prevents damage to the knives, increases their service life and ensures consistent cutting quality. The knives are optionally also available with tungsten carbide coating.

The 400 series: a finely honed design.

The 25-knife cutting rotor works quickly, precisely and efficiently with the 4-star, 8-mm-thick tines, arranged in pairs. The result is perfect forage quality, because the crop is cut short and precisely into small portions that compact densely but are also easy to break up for feeding. ROTO CUT allows lengths of cut of 44 mm, with outstanding quality. Thanks to the high rotation speed, work rates of more than 13,800 cuts/min can be achieved. The easily operated hydraulic knife group activation process provides the correct setting for any crop and situation. You have a choice of 25, 13, 12 or 0 knives, without having to leave the cab.

Knives removed in a flash.

The whole knife bank can be raised and lowered hydraulically from the driver’s seat. When the bale chamber is opened, the knives can be easily installed and removed from above.
