“We harvest high-moisture corn, up to 32 percent moisture, and the LEXION handles the harvest nicely with no problems.
“We’ve had other combines, but what’s nice about the LEXION is that all of the settings are done from the cab. Once things are set, it works well in all fields. The controls are operator-friendly.
“Another thing I’ve noticed is that when harvesting on hillsides, we can go one speed and the combine distributes the grain nicely — it doesn’t all go to one side.
“We are totally impressed with the CAT engine. This one can definitely do the job faster.
“Being able to do the same work with the same-size machine, but faster is a key issue for us. The extra capacity and the efficiency of the LEXION keep things going at the same speed. We get more work done during the day with our LEXION.”
