“Our LEXION combines have outstanding capacity, which is important because it determines how much I can get done in a day. I’m an owner operator and want to be as productive as I can. The capacity and efficiencies are obvious – they mean less fuel and other resources.
“In California, we talk about fuel efficiency in terms of how long it takes to finish a particular job. We burn hundreds of gallons of fuel per day in our operation. The more we can get done on that fuel the better.
“We run a lot of rice straw through the machines and our LEXION combines handle it well. Harvesting rice straw out here is like sucking up sandpaper. If a combine can hold up out here, it will work anywhere in the world.
“CLAAS has really stepped up to the plate with these machines. When we have trouble or an issue arises with the machine, our dealer and CLAAS have done everything possible to help.”
