LINER 650 TWIN

Versatile in use.

Not every farmer or contractor will make the same demands on a swather. Farms come in all shapes and sizes, as do the requirements of farmers when it comes to making swaths. The new LINER 650 TWIN PROFIL will satisfy all these requirements. The large working width, low fuel consumption, ease of operation and exceptional rakinq performance, combined with the diversity of usage options according to forage mass, make the LINER 65O TWIN one of the most flexible partners in forage harvesting.

Compact transport width

With tine arms and swath guard retracted, the on-road dimensions are 10 ft. (3 m). All 11 tine arms on each rotor can also be removed and the safety frame folded back, thus reducing the dimensions to 7 ft. (2.2.m), ideal for driving on narrow roads or through tight passages and space-saving parking!

Extremely user friendly.

Easy changeover from a single swath to a dual swath from the driver’s seat.
Straightforward switching from working position to on-road transport position.
Hydraulic adjustment of the working width between 11.5 and 20.5 ft. (3.5 m and 6.3 m).
Optional hydraulic swath width adjustment.
The lowering height of the rear rotor is precision-adjusted via the scale.
Smooth, infinite adjustment of the raking height via a spindle with pressure bearing.
Practical and stable stand with straightforward height adjustment option.

The new benchmark in ground contour following.

The rear rotor is suspended entirely independently of the main frame via two pivot points.

Each rotor adapts to the undulating ground separately, oscillating +/- 15 degrees in a fore, aft and sideways direction and running smoothly, following smoothly and precisely in the tractor’s tracks.

Tandem axle with four extra large tyres for each rotor to ensure for maximum stability.

Shock absorbers at the rear rotor ensure optimum driving conditions and ideal ground contour following.

Unbeatable in the field

The drawbar lifting cylinder is positioned at the centre of the machine, enabling the even distribution of forces and a parallel lift.
The ground clearance with the rotor raised is over 20 in. (50 cm).

Pivot-head transmission.

Exceptional manoeuvrability.
Excellent slope stability thanks to the close proximity of the transmission to the rear axle of the tractor.
The drive train is protected from bowing and flexion.
