CLAAS is proud to announce a number of new additions to our venerable Hay & Forage line. Here's a quick look at the most recent additions to our product offering.

The QUADRANT 3300 – a 35.5” x 48” square baler – is a welcome new addition to the CLAAS hay and forage line. This high-performance baler for silage, dry hay or straw is designed to increase the capacity and density of the bales. It features a new 92.5" heavy duty pickup, feed rotor, and pre-compression chamber for the new standard in the 3'x4' class. The feed rotor optimizes material flow, preserving the quality of the crop. To top things off, the top and bottom sensor for the pre-chamber senses the flake size to maintain even, consistent flakes. This, combined with the longest bale chamber in the industry, increases the density of each bale while keeping a more perfect, uniform shape in all crop conditions, for the biggest, best-looking bales. Increase your mowing width to 29’ 3” while maintaining a compact transport height of 13’ 1” with these all-new front/rear mounted DISCO models. The DISCO 9100RC and 9100C AS have the easy-to-use features you’ve come to expect from CLAAS, including a Quick Knife release system and heavy-duty cutter bars with Safety-Link®. The difference: the DISCO 9100 RC now has an intermeshing polyurethane roll conditioner and the 9100C AS has new heavy duty mounted draper mergers throw the crop to the center. The CLAAS LINER 3100 rotary rake offers an impressive working width range of between 28’ 5” and 32’ 8” with a center delivery of 4’9” to 8’5”  wide windrows. Twin 14-tine arms with 5 double tines per arm offer 3D contour rotor articulation for optimal gathering. And each rotor can be independently lifted for excellent flexibility. The new LINER 450T and 370T single-rotor rakes are equipped with 11’ 6” and 14’ 6” working widths for optimal performance. They each feature a new trailed parallel drawbar design, large lifting height to avoid obstacles and an adjustable swath guard that changes windrow width. The LINER 370T offers 11 tine arms with 4 double tines per arm while the LINER 450T features a new rotor gearbox and 12 Profix tine arms with 4 double tines per arm. Learn more . . .
