Rapid-growing tree types, such as salix (willow) are already widely cultivated in Sweden for use in energy production. In the cultivation of energy wood, the capability of regrowth after cutting is especially advantageous. The plants are arranged in double rows so that the crop can be harvested mechanically every 3 to 5 years.
The chips that are produced are successfully being used in an environmentally friendly manner in modern residential heaters and also for fuel production. This type of cultivation is also currently being researched at different locations in Europe and throughout the world.
Use your JAGUAR with the HS-2 wood-harvesting attachment for harvesting energy wood and get informed about the technical details.
