Hydraulic self-levelling

Increased lifting power.

The new CLAAS front loaders are equipped with a hydraulic self-levelling PCH system. The weight of the loaded tool generates pressure in the tipping cylinders. This is transferred to the PCH cylinders underneath the rocker arm and facilitates the lifting process.

The actual lifting power is increased up to 35 % by PCH without using additional energy. That guaranties an optimal adaptation on every work.

The pallet position helps while lifting, the parallel position of the tool is maintained right from the start. In Bucket position, the bucket is tilted slightly when lifting. This means that the driver do not lose bulk goods from the front of the bucket.

To help the driver to determine the best operating angle for the respective tool, the self levelling cylinders have two possible positions: Pallet position and Bucket position.
