The LINER 3000 is designed for extra high work rates and is the right choice if you find that the swathing process is a production bottle neck. The four rotors effectively double work rates compared to dual rotor models. In one single pass, 12.5 metres of crop are turned into a uniformly shaped swath and laid in the centre of the machine.The clean and precise box-shaped structure of the swath allows the clearing machinery to achieve optimum crop intake. Long-running cam track
The hallmark of the CLAAS LINER family is a uniform, clean swath. This working precision relies on the intelligent tine control system. Continuously lubricated, hermetically sealed control head.
Steel cam rollers run in liquid lubricant or in oil.
Completely maintenance-free, minimum wear, maximum service life and years of reliable service. Thanks to the wide diameter of the curved path, the cam track rollers are not subjected to any leverage forces. Thus movement is smooth in all conditions, greatly increasing the service life of the cam track rollers.
