TelematicsCLAAS support – even when we are not there...
M.A.R.V.I.N. – expert help, in the cab with you. M.A.R.V.I.N.: Machine Analysing Remote Visual Integrated Network. CLAAS TELEMATICS.M.A.R.V.I.N. is a CLAAS telematics product which enables remote service-related functions. Via a TeleService Module (TSM) machine data that can be normally viewed via the in-cab monitor may also be viewed remotely via a web-browser internet function. The M.A.R.V.I.N. Concept.M.A.R.V.I.N. provides a remote user with a “window” into the electronic functions of the machine. Through this “window” information can be accessed to support management decisions on machine status: what it is doing, and where it is doing it, and information from the machines status-reporting function (error codes). The information drawn can be then viewed via the internet from the office, or even via a mobile phone connection (GPRS data transfer to a laptop). Using the CDS 5000 diagnosis tool the machine may also be interrogated via a direct connection from the dealership or from the field boundary for example. Information available via M.A.R.V.I.N..Machine Status An overview of the settings and performance of the machine during operation. Shows the crop-related adjustments which have been made, and the resulting machine performance. Machine service codes Detailed information of the codes and data resulting from the machines status-reporting function. This information can be analysed using diagnosis logic to ensure targeted resolution for a quick return to harvest-ready status. Machine servicing data An overview of the servicing status of the machine, including servicing performed, and the future servicing required. M.A.R.V.I.N. – your CLAAS expert in the cab.M.A.R.V.I.N. provides you with an “invisible CLAAS expert”, riding with you in the cab. It enables your dealer, or authorised CLAAS experts, to view service related information. This in turn enables a quick and efficient localisation of service issues, from defective components to service interval information. A faster “return to harvest readiness” and thus an increased overall machine harvesting readiness is a result. With M.A.R.V.I.N. your dealer does not always need to visit the machine to help get you to return to harvesting – your dealer, and the CLAAS service organisation, can help you from literally anywhere in the world via internet technology, M.A.R.V.I.N., and CLAAS telemetrics technology. |
