Flash lightning like for an Oscar award could be seen on the CLAAS stand the evening before the Agritechnica. The star was a brand new XERION generation: XERION 5000 with 524 hp and XERION 4500 with 483 hp. Nearly 80 international journalists were present to see the white cover pulled down by the Claas family and the management board.

The journalists were not only interested to see the new products on the stand but also to listen to the speeches held by Cathrina Claas-Mühlhäuser, Dr. Theo Freye, Lothar Kriszun, Dr. Hermann Garbers and Jan-Hendrik Mohr. This year’s Agritechnica start highlight was an international dealer evening on the fair ground with many European distribution partners.
